How do I book my first appointment?

Visit our online scheduler here
Once scheduled, you will receive an email from the office with instructions on how to login to our Electronic Health Records system. You will then be prompted to fill out our intake paperwork. Please complete these forms online prior to your appointment. 

 

How long will my first appointment take?

Chiropractic consultation and exams are 30–45 minutes. 

Functional Medicine consultation and exams are 60–75 minutes.

 

Is there parking at the office?

Yes. There is a parking lot at the back (main) entrance of the building, off of Palm. 

 

 

What conditions do you treat?

Dr. Danielle treats a wide range of conditions and works to improve mobility and strength in cases of wellness and maintenance. 

 

Some examples of conditions that Dr. Danielle works with include but are not limited to: aches and pains related to pregnancy, round ligament pain, back pain, neck pain, stiffness, tech-neck, postural issues, headaches, sports injuries, sprain/strain injuries, tendonitis, rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, poor gut health, dysbiosis, IBS, fertility and more. 

 

Dr. Danielle offers complimentary 15 minute consultations to determine if it is a good fit to work together.

Do you bill insurance?

We are an out of network provider with insurance companies.
 

As a courtesy, we will check your out of network benefits and bill insurance for services rendered. Patients are responsible for any copay/coinsurance and the difference in costs not covered by their insurance. Billing your insurance does not guarantee payment by your insurance company. 

 

Can I use my HSA to pay for care?

Absolutely! 

 

How much do treatments cost without insurance?

Treatment costs vary depending on the type of care you need. Dr. Danielle offers several levels of care to best serve each patient's individual needs. 
 

We offer time-of-service discounts on services to make care affordable for all of our patients. Please contact the office for more details.

 

Can I get adjusted if I don’t have pain?

Most definitely.
 

If you have a nervous system, chiropractic care can improve your quality of life. In fact, we encourage patients to get adjusted before pain develops in the first place. You wouldn’t wait to get your teeth cleaned until your mouth was full of cavities — treat your spine as well as you treat your teeth!

 

What should I wear when I come in?

There is no dress code at Verve, but loose, athletic clothing is best. Wear clothing that allows access to the area you are having treated. If you’re coming in with knee pain, make sure you bring a pair of shorts. 

 

Do chiropractic adjustments hurt?

No, chiropractic adjustments are gentle and do not cause pain. Dr. Danielle also uses a variety of techniques and will always start with what you are most comfortable with.

 

Will I be better after 1 treatment?

You will most likely feel better after your first treatment, but the process is not always linear. Be patient! It took weeks/months/years for you to feel what you’re feeling — it will take time to rebuild, repair, and heal. 

What will I be responsible for in terms of functional medicine costs?

The appointment cost will vary based on the time needed with Dr. Danielle.

Outside lab testing and supplements will be ordered based on your health history and budget. Please contact the office for more details.
